The reference sheet includes a front and back view, with 3 expressions, themed for the character's aesthetic . Colors are flat for easy color picking. Prices for extra views depend on complexity.

Payments done in Paypal or Ko-fi only.

Refunds can be done, but the amount refunded depends on the progress that was already made.
If the piece can't be completed due to my personal reasons, I'll refund you in full.
You will get a picture after each of the processes are done (thumbnails, sketch, lineart+color, shading) for approval.
During the sketch phase, you will have the option to ask for major changes two times, any requests after the limit cost extra. Any major changes after the sketch phase cost extra. Any small changes are accepted at any step (changing a specific color for example).
The time I take to complete a commission depends on how many of them I'm working on at the moment, but it shouldn't take more than 3 weeks or a month. Please be patient.
After completion, I reserve the right to post the commission on any of my social platforms.
